• Presentation of Paper (15 minutes)
• Q & A (5 minutes)
• Total Time: 20 minutes

1. You are allocated a maximum of 15 minutes to present your paper. Please think of the best way how to communicate the key elements of your paper within this time. Consider that you are not able to read out your complete paper.

2. PowerPoint facilities will be supplied in each conference room, for those who want to use them. Preload your PowerPoint presentation on to a memory stick and bring this with you to your session. Please ensure that your presentation is loaded onto the computer in the assigned room before the beginning of the session.

3. Abstracts for Arabic presentations should include an English translation.
