The 'Ibu Ayam' metaphor...

1. Realizing that she has to lay eggs to continue the generation is PLANNING.

2. When sitting on her eggs, she minimizes her movement. That's DISCIPLINE.

3. Sitting for 21 days, she loses weight. That's pure SACRIFICE.

4. She abandoned the rotten eggs. It's REALITY & WISDOM.

5. Nobody touches her chicks. Being PROTECTIVE.

6. Will not abandon her chicks until they mature. That's MENTORSHIP.

7. Will always walk in front of her chicks. That's LEADERSHIP.
